VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
In the context of its implementation of bilateral development cooperation programmes and projects on
behalf of the Luxembourg government, LuxDev - the Luxembourg development cooperation agency is
recruiting:
a Curriculum Development Support Officer (CDSO)
(Financial Martket/Securities Training)
For project VIE/032 – Capacity Building in the Financial Sector)
LuxDev is supporting Securities Research and Training Centre (SRTC) to update 05 curriculum textbooks for the securities market practitioners via a delegation agreement of fund and implementation (DAFI). The CDSO is expected to provide administrative and technical support to SRTC in the implementation of the DAFI, so that text books can be timely produced with good quality and in compliance with the procedures specified in the DAFI.
Location: Hanoi
Responsibilities:
- Support STRC to follow-up and administer the DAFI implementation process in compliance with conditions of the DAFI: technical progress reports, updated timeline, etc. ;
- Represent LuxDev/Project VIE/032 in the Quality Control Committee (QCC) meetings and discussions: taking notes of critical issues and recommendations;
- Prepare QCC meeting minutes: QCC meeting minutes;
- Support SRTC to prepare reporting requirements as required in the DAFI;
- Weekly report to Chief Technical Advisor on the work progress or delays; On the basis of relevant information, proposes accurate and realistic solutions and takes into account consequences
- Support in interpretation/translation of documents when required.
- Carry out any other works assigned by the Chief Technical Advisor
Minimum Requirement:
- Has background in business administration, accounting or any other related course.
- Good knowledge of securities market and financial sector in Vietnam.
- Preferably have prior experience of at least 3 years in the area of project administration.
