Child Rights Governance Program Intern

At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 22 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

  • Position: Child Rights Governance Program Intern
  • Location: Hanoi
  • Contract length: 6 months

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and prepare for the payment and advance of the program team
  • Support the team to review financial reports of sub-grantees as needed
  • Support the team to prepare logistics for trainings, activities which will be organized by the team
  • Support the team with some monitoring activities to partner organizations as relevant.
  • Other tasks will be identified and assigned as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications

  • University degree in accounting, finance or related field

Essential

  • Good spoken and written English language skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel are required)
  • Getting familiar with program management in an international organization is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and respond to multiple demands
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
