Temporary Part-time Arts Executive

The British Council Arts and Creative Industries Team in Hanoi is seeking for suitable candidates for the post of Temporary Part-time Arts Executive. The post holder plays a key role in the delivery of all activities under an EU-funded project of Cultural and Creative Hubs Vietnam and the British Council’s development initiative of Cultural Heritage for Inclusive Growth, working closely with the Head of Arts and Art Managers as well as team members and colleagues from other units. In addition, he/she will work with different external counterparts, including but not limited to Programme Manager, Arts and Creative Industries institutional partners, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnamese and international cultural organisations and institutions, Embassies, service and goods suppliers.

Cultural and Creative Hubs Vietnam, 2018 – 2021 is a project funded by the European Union and implemented by the British Council in partnership with VICAS. Cultural Heritage for Inclusive Growth is a two-year pilot initiative of the British Council exploring the use of cultural heritage for growth that benefits all levels of society.

Salary Monthly: salary range for the job is VND11,519,000 to VND16,456,000
Duration: Six months
Working hours: Part time (maximum 20 hours per week)

The post holder will contribute to the delivery of high quality and high impact activities under the Arts and Creative Industries; to play an active role in ensuring high visibility of the British Council arts and cultural activities to relevant stakeholders and the general audiences.
