National Consultant on Ending Violence Against Women in the COVID-19 Response

UN Women Viet Nam is seeking a National Consultant on Ending Violence Against Women in the COVID-19 response toprovide technical and programme management support to the implementation of the AWP 2020 activities on ending VAW in the context of COVID-19 emergency in 2020.

TOR numbered TOR-VNM-2020-031 is attached.

Interested applicants are invited to submit the following document/information (in PDF format) to demonstrate their qualifications

Technical component:

• Letter of interest explaining why you are the most suitable for the work and your proposal for the number of working days
• Signed Curriculum vitae with contact details for 3 references
• A report on gender equality or EVAW in English as evidence of written skills

Financial proposal (with your signature)

• The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount in VND for the consultancy fee. The candidate will not need to include the travelling cost because UN Women will arrange for the consultant to the project site following the UN-EU cost norm.
• Please note that the cost of preparing a proposal and of negotiating a contract, is not reimbursable as a direct cost of the assignment.
