VETERINARIAN (m/f/d)
Fulltime / 40 hours a week / BEAR SANCTUARY Ninh Binh, close to Cuc Phuong National Park, Vietnam

Your contribution will be
- Performing veterinary activities according to protocol and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the on-site veterinary clinic
- Leading health exams and surgical procedures of bears under anesthesia
- Developing diagnostic treatments and prevention plans to facilitate health management
- Organizing and leading veterinary aspects of bear rescues
- Compiling reports and maintaining medical records and providing regular feedback
- Conducting literature research in wildlife medicine, especially of Asiatic Black Bears and other species in Vietnam
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Qualified veterinarian
- A minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience
- Experience with wildlife species is preferable
- Highly motivated, diligent and with exceptional attention to detail
- High level of responsibility and personal drive
- Flexibility to travel and work on weekends and public holidays on occasion and at short notice
- Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS values and issues
