Experts on Lead Firm Identification and Business Support Organizations Needed

The International Executive Service Corps (www.iesc.org) implements the USAID funded LinkSME project to improve the performance of SMEs and integrate them into lead-firm supply chains.

USAID LinkSME is looking for a national and an international expert, each of whom knowledgeable and experienced with international-best-practices in business-matching. They are expected to build the capacity of various business support organization (BSOs) in identifying and securing the interest of larger buyers of industrial and consumer goods in domestic and international markets (i.e., lead firms). This will involve the assessment of current practices of BSOs in this area along with an assessment of international best practices, and the development of a lead firm identification handbook.
