VVOB Vietnam is looking for qualified tenders to acquire, produce, customise promotional materials and deliver those materials to selected addresses provided target Department /Bureau Of Education and Training (D/BOETs).

Background

VVOB – education for development is an organisation based in Belgium with more than 35 years of experience in sustainably improving the quality of education systems.VVOB reinforces the capacity of ministries of Education and their institutions to implement their education policies as effectively as possible. This guarantees the sustainability of results. The geographical, thematic and operational choices VVOB makes in each programme are informed by relevant research and the policy priorities of VVOB’s partner countries and formulated in partnership with their governments.

Objectives of the call

The purpose of the present call is to collect Proposals from qualified tenders to acquire, produce, customise promotional materials and deliver those materials to selected addresses provided target Department /Bureau Of Education and Training (D/BOETs). 

Scope of work:

• To customize the promotional materials such as providing graphic design on proposed products, adapting to the color theme and the logo of VVOB, imprinting VVOB information on the materials.Please read the annex 1 for detail promotional materials
• To deliver those promotional materials to addresses in the attached annex 2.

VVOB is inviting bidders to come up with a proposal containing at least:

• Company portfolio;
• Company’s business registration;
• The financial statements of the last 3 years;
• A quotation (including all applicable taxes and possible expenses) following the template in attached annex 1;
• List of items with products’ specifications and proposed mock up design for the promotional materials in the annex 1.
• Proposed timeline for delivery to recipients’ addresses provided by VVOB;
• At least 3 reference contacts of past similar work. 

Due to covid situation, please only send a scanned copy of the valid application to us via email to  [email protected] and [email protected].  In addition to the scanned copy, please also send us the quotation in excel format for our ease of comparison.  

The closing date for proposals is 28th of November 2021
