Supplier to Provide Workshop Organizing Service in Da Nang City
Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a Supplier who provides workshop organizing service in Da Nang city (planned on 10-11 February 2022) with following requirements:
1. Supplier:
- has at least 3 years of experience in organizing event, workshop.
- has organized at least 3 workshops with more than 50 participants.
2. Venue:
- having standard of 3-4 stars or equivalent to standard of Minh Toan Galaxy hotel
- Having good infrastructure of conference room, hotel room, restaurants (quality equivalent to Minh Toan Galaxy Hotel)
- Having good service/procedure to mitigate COVID-19 risk.
3. Proposals should include:
- Hotel’s procedure to mitigate Covid-19 risk
- Copy of company registration/Business license
- List of similar workshops have been done.
- Brief information of supporting employees at the workshop.
- Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)
