Request for Quotations: Outfitting Firm
I. Description of Requirements
FHI 360 Vietnam is seeking qualified companies/individuals to submit quotations for the procurement of office relocation and renovation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material tools, equipment, and other related items under the supervision of FHI 360’s renovation subcommittee and a hired Outfitting Project Manager. The work will be carried out as per agreement between FHI 360 Vietnam and the selected Contractor and expected to be completed within 4 weeks from the contract signing date, but no later than April 11, 2022.
FHI 360 Vietnam will only accept submission of quotations for this procurement. Email submissions shall be sent to [email protected], by 5 pm on Feb 28, 2022. Any sample materials shall be marked in reference to the email quotation, packed in a sealed envelope or box, and mailed to FHI 360 Vietnam office on 17th floor, Capital Tower Building, 109 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi. FHI 360 Vietnam shall not be responsible for any costs associated with a Supplier’s preparation and submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selected process.
II. Scope of Work
The qualified supplier is expected to carry out the interior renovation of the new office space in an office building located at 41 Tran Cao Van Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The premises will accommodate 10 to 12 staff in 130 square meters. The plan should be in line with a modern office approach including open-concept workstations, shared desks with low dividers, floating (flexible) spaces, polished concrete floor, open, industrial-style ceilings complemented by one meeting room and one or two individual office(s) with glass walls. The work includes contribution to the overall design and selection of fixtures and furniture, installation of all elements of the office (from a raw space) furniture and meeting rooms (construction or wall systems TBD), electrical and cabling, painting, etc.

III. Timetable and Address for Submission
Submission of questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] by 5PM Hanoi time, February 24, 2022.
Proposals must be submitted to [email protected] by 5PM, Hanoi time on February 28, 2022.
