Consultant to Develop Environmental and Energy Trainings for Youth

Funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and implemented by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Climate and Energy Project in Asia and Live and Learn (L&L), training program for innovation and a socially equitable energy transition Green Youth Labs aims to harness the creative potential of young people to develop innovative low carbon model projects and introduce them as future leaders to a low-carbon transformation of society.

FES Vietnam is now looking for a Consultant to develop environmental and energy trainings for youth in scope of IKI funded project “Green Youth Labs”.

Applications should be sent in English by 07 March 2022 to [email protected] with reference to the “Development of environmental and energy trainings for youth in scope of IKI funded project “Green Youth Labs”. All proposals should consist of a technical and financial offer. Technical offer must include:

• A Project plan including the timeline and expected working days;
• A Concept note demonstrating the applicant’s understanding of the project and specifying the project design and/or suggesting any improvements where applicable;
• CV(s) of expert(s);
• Others (e.g. added value to the study, environmental, sustainable components, etc.);

Financial offer must be broken into installments reflecting e.g. proposed workplan and rate and be expressed in VND specifying VAT, if applicable.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome within 10 days of the last day for the submission of applications.
