PSI currently seeks two (02) talented and motivated individuals to work as part-time Online GURU with our dynamic, results-oriented team in Hanoi.

Job summary: 02 “Guru” are the influencers who have strong influence and own high number of interacts, especially with the group of youth from 18 to 24 years old to collaborate to provide an online consultation model for 9 months, estimated late March through December 2022.

• Provide online consultation, information/knowledge sharing on SRH/love/relationship for youth.
• Participate in ad-hoc online/offline events about SRH/love/relationship for youth in universities and clubs in Hanoi (if any).
• Gross daily rate is 2,000,000VND per day.

Required Qualifications of GURU

• Be expert in field of health, sociology, psychology, etc.
• Have at least 4 years of working experiences in:
  
  • Providing consultation, design of training, coaching and participate in study in the field of SRH, psychology and sociology program for youth.
  • Facilitating youth centered/empowered program on SRH.
• Own at least 1 social media platform posting and sharing topics that are of youth’s interest, such as health, sexual reproductive health, sex, beauty, life advice and motivation, influencing, etc.
• Have at least 1,000 followers/platform (with the majority aged 18-24, and have at least 70% female).
• Good and youth-friendly communication, listening and counselling skills.
