Service Provider/Consultant for the Development of Community-led Housing Preparedness, Recovery and Reconstruction Guideline (DRR Program)

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Vietnam is looking for a professional service provider/consultant for the development of a Community-led Housing Preparedness, Recovery and Reconstruction Guideline (DRR Program) with general requirements in the attached TOR.
