Job Title:                                 B2Y

Job Purpose:                           Comprehension and Understanding of Project Management and Progress.

Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex compensationissues within established guidelines.

For extension YWD’s employment, Networking with enterprises and connect between enterprise and YWDs.

Principle responsibilities:

1. Implement and adhere to the Angel’s Havens policies
2. Effectively manage working time and schedule to network with enterprises.
3. Archive all records of work(list of enterprises, Employment T.O., corporate talents of enterprise, etc.) and report it on official meeting on the last week every month.
4. Promote every activity for networking seminars, awareness educations, any promotion activities, etc. between institutions relevant to disability and enterprises.
5. After employment, Manage cases between the HR department of enterprise and YWDs to check stable employment and giving solutions about their issues.
6. Every report is written in English or Korean
7. Collect the condition of enterprise’s preferences for employment and report the contents.
8. Explain contents of the project and get Promissory report from enterprise for YWDs employment.
9. Collect and manage best practices and report to PM.

Salary: ~ 14,000,000VND(include Tax and insurance)
