Consultants at USAID LinkSME Project

We have completed over 25,000 projects in more than 130 countries worldwide.
The USAID LinkSME project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) works with business support organizations (BSOs) and the Government of Vietnam (GVN) to link Vietnamese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with lead firms (LFs) in order to integrate SMEs into lead firm supply chains chain and accelerate domestic SME growth. The USAID LinkSME project is creating systemic changes in business relationships between Vietnamese SMEs and lead firms, as well as significant increases in the quantity and/or quality of business linkages between Vietnamese SMEs and lead firms.
The USAID LinkSME project is seeking to recruit the following positions:
- Consultant to support assessment and implementation of the Resolution 02
- Consultant to assess effectiveness of Covid-19 relief programs - Tax focus
- Consultant to assess effectiveness of Covid relief programs - Credit & Finance focus
- Consultant to assess policies to support workers with social welfares, social insurance, and other support in response to Covid-19
- Consultant to refine & design pre-evaluation/audit handbooks and delivery training courses
