Chemonics International in Hanoi would like to donate some office equipment and furniture with the details in the attached list.

All these items are available at Chemonics Hanoi Office located on the 4th floors, at Sunshine Building, 74 Cua Bac, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

Any organization who has interest in receiving these items, please make sure you meet at least one of the following criteria.

1. Being an implementation partner of the ongoing or newly awarded project funded by USAID in Vietnam
2. Being a charity fund, or a school, or a local NGO, or a foreign NGO, etc. who has existing operation in Vietnam
3. Being an organization or institution who is working in the development field with non-profit purpose activities

The application requirements include:

• An official application letter to briefly express your interest in receiving this donation. Please enclose with this letter a list of the items (including the Inventory Code) that your organization has selected and is expecting to receive from Chemonics from the attached item list.
• A copy of your organization license to verify that your organization is a legal entity in Vietnam.

The above documents shall be emailed to the Chemonics International at [email protected] no later than 21st April 2022

Estimated time for item handovers and pickups at Chemonics office: around mid-May 2022

Important notes:

• Chemonics will take the full rights to decide and allocate its donated items after careful evaluations between qualified applicants.
• The recipients will be responsible for all costs of transportation, uninstallation, packing, etc., that may incur after receiving the handover from Chemonics.
• Chemonics may cancel this Request for Expression of Interest at any time.
• Chemonics will not ask the recipients to pay for any fee related to this donation process.
