IESC is seeking up to two qualified and legally registered private Vietnamese consulting firms or other organizations that have experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and wide experiences on implementing DX IT solutions for private sector development to support USAID LinkSME and its counterpart to execute assessments and provide intensive consultancy on DX for SMEs in three regions of Vietnam.
