Project "Reducing ocean plastic waste in Vietnam" (BMU Project) funded by the International Organization for Conservation of Nature in Vietnam (WWF-VN); The Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands, on behalf of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, is the lead agency of the Project; Legal Department (PC Department) - MONRE is one of the implementation partners of the Project. The objective of the project is "Contributing to the reduction of marine plastic pollution in Vietnam by supporting the development of documents guiding the implementation of priority policies related to plastic waste and communication activities. , capacity building, awareness raising and behavior change to reduce plastic waste, supporting the implementation of the National Action Plan on marine plastic waste management to 2030.

In order to help increase the effectiveness of marine plastic waste management contributing to reduce plastic waste leakage into environment, WWF-Viet Nam is recruiting consultants to provide consultancy service on surveys to determine the cost of product and packaging recycling (Fs) for each type of product and packaging.
