Consultant to Design and Develop a Learning Management System

The COVID-19 epidemic is affecting different fields, especially education. While teaching and learning via online channels have been developed strongly, the learning platforms and digital learning management system (LMS) have not been developed properly at this time. This activity will develop and design an online learning management system to help beneficiaries access and use SC's courses conveniently and without interruption.

SC is seeking for a consultancy to design and develop a management system with TOR as attached.
