SUDECOM (Yen Bai) – Project EU/PARTICIPATE is looking for a Vietnamese supplier to produce a less-ten-minute video and a less-two-minute-trailer that includes a description of the deployed activities under the project EU/PARTICIPATE and its benefits with highlight changes of capacities and roles of the Civil Social Organizations in Yen Bai Province and ethnic youth at the age of 16 to 24.
