SCOPE OF WORK

DIGITAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT (part-time)

Position summary:    This position will work with both local and global stakeholders to develop the PSI digital ecosystem for all PSI’s digital brands and lead digital sale for menstrual cup (LA cup).

Work closely with:      PSI’s Program Manager

Period:                       April to September 2023 (up to 72 working days)

Gross daily rate:         Up to VND 2,200,000/day pending candidate’s qualifications.

Key responsibilities are as following:

  • Develop digital strategies for Social Business Unit (SBU) -VIYA- in alignment with PSI’s global strategy.
  • Advise in the development and execution of digital strategies to support PSI’s objectives in sales or behavior change.
  • Oversee online consumer engagement and optimize consumer experience across all digital channels and solutions.
  • Design and implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies across the portfolio of brands in alignment to business and health impact objectives.
  • Implement, measure, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and investments to optimize efficiencies and Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Identify and assess relevant digital sale channels include online sale key account, affiliate sale network/Affiliate sale platform and hot live-streamers who are all actively selling products online for PSI target audience- women of reproductive age.
  • Provide support in terms of digital marketing for SBU Youth team to sell cups through online platform
  • Conduct online consumers survey and research to use data to inform sales and marketing campaigns.

Expected deliverables include:

To design and execute digital campaigns that are optimized in terms of reach, channels, and investment level to achieve the following targets:

  • Sell 10,500 LA cups in all sale channels in 6 months (April – September 2023)
  • Sell 1,000 cups through online platforms by supporting (SBU) Youth team.
  • VIYA eco-system is developed and tested in the market. 

Selection criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Business or relevant field.
  • Proven experience of which at least 7 years - experience in digital marketing or advertisement
  • Strong understanding of digital (SEM, Mobile technology) and paid social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market and consumer insights and research
  • Technical know-how for designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Strategic, analytical mind with detail-oriented
