RFQ: Inspection of liquid oxygen systems at 10 healthcare facilities

I. OVERVIEW

FHI 360 is seeking a qualified vendor to provide inspection service for full system of liquid oxygen, including oxygen tank, vaporizer, regulator, piping, and other accessories in 10 healthcare facilities (at 3 provinces in the Mekong delta and 1 site in Hanoi).
