Successful recruiters are strategic advisors who utilize their expertise to guide and support timely and effective talent searches. We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, Recruiter to partner closely with PATH leaders to develop a long-term strategy to attract and hire top people, develop talent strategies, and proactively build pipelines for future hiring needs.
This role will be an Individual Contributor aligned to the Asia, Middle East and European region supporting Vietnam, Myanmar & Europe and reporting into the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.
The incumbent will:

Build strong relationships with internal business teams to understand and assess their talent requirements and advise on best recruiting strategies.

Recruit talent for Vietnam, Myanmar & Europe, or assignments as per need.

Review resumes, interview candidates, lead post interview discussions, and manage candidate communications and expectations.

Partner with business vertical, sub verticals in managing End-to-End open positions.

Preferably - A Workday certified specialist on Recruitment or minimum of 2 years working experience using Workday as ATS.

Initiative-taking, engagements and effective communications skills and working which will have following expectation.

Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements.

Lead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into our pipeline.

Serve as a partner to hiring managers, educating, and coaching through recruitment strategy and best practices in hiring @ PATH.

Fulfillment on open positions as per laid down KPI’s, SLA and Process.

Maintain and manage recruiting information as metrics and populate on global and regional dashboard as per need.

Prepare and share reports with various stakeholders on critical recruitment.

Adopt innovative technology skills using new Recruiting Systems (i.e., Workday ATS, Skill-Survey, etc.)

Attract and source best talent for PATH utilizing innovative technology, social media, targeted outreach, and networking in Vietnam, Myanmar & Europe

Build market intelligence on talent practices in the sector.

Ability to proactively build pipelines for future growth.

Responsible for negotiation and closing offers for key roles, in consultation with key stakeholders, HR and TA Regional Manager.

Must have skills.

Must have a minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in niche skills recruiting environment with a wide variety of job disciplines.

Master’s degree in HR is preferred.

Must be available to work in a flexible work schedule across various geographical locations and multi-cultural teams.

Positive attitude, good team working and management skills.

Autonomous and self-starter with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills and English proficiency. Expert on MS Office and other recruiting tools.

Comfortable working across technology platforms and open to learning new skills on the go.
