The World Wide Fund for Nature in Viet Nam (WWF-Viet Nam) would like to invite potential bidders to submit bids for the Construction of Saola/Muntjac and Crested Argus Enclosures of the Breeding Conservation Center in Bach Ma National Park.

HOW TO APPLY AND BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

The official bid include the prescribed forms signed and sealed by the legal representative of the Bidder and sent via email to the email address: [email protected] with the email subject “FY25-BME-HSDT [Name of Bidder] Construction of Enclosures at Bach Ma National Park”.

The bid is divided into 2 files: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Financial Proposal including the contents related to the bid price in Forms No. 11A and 11B must be in a separate file and password protected. The Bidder shall submit both the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal at the same time before the bid closing time. The Bidder shall keep the password of the Financial Proposal. WWF-Vietnam will request the Bidder to provide the password to open the Financial Proposal if the Bidder meets the requirements on eligibility, capacity, experience, and technical capacity.

The maximum capacity for each email that WWF-Vietnam can receive is 25MB. The main content of Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted via email. Other non-substantive technical documents may be submitted to WWF-Vietnam via Google Drive.

Late Bids and Bids with Financial Proposal without a password protected will not be considered.
