RFP: collection of (meta-) data on water (meteo-) and river system monitoring network, Ca and Ma rivers, Viet Nam and assessment of its functionalities and performance

International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) is inviting for submission of proposals for collection of (meta-) data on water (meteo-) and river system monitoring network, Ca and Ma rivers, Viet Nam and assessment of its functionalities and performance.
