Calling for expression of interest (EoI)
As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. On behalf of the German Government, GIZ currently provides advisory services to the Government of Viet Nam in three priority areas: (1) Vocational training, (2) Environmental policy and sustainable use of natural resources, and (3) Energy. Currently, around 178 staff who range from supportive staff, administrative to senior technical staff are deployed by GIZ in Vietnam.
GIZ requires the expertise of highly technical individuals that will continuously provide services to our partners in the government. GIZ would like to commission a survey that would help GIZ position the company better compensation-wise in the labour market, to attract better talents and keep them within their current workforce.
Therefore, GIZ Hanoi Office is conducting a public tender to seek a professional HR Consultancy company to undertake a Total Remuneration Survey for two (02) market groups as below:
- Development agencies (multilateral, bilateral and NGO)
- Private companies, including German owned companies, foreign companies
With minimum 7 – 10 companies per market group.
Interested HR consultancy companies should send an expression of interest containing:
- Letter of interest (with director's signature and company stamp)
- Company profile (incl. business license, tax code registration, organisational chart, staff profile (brief), list of services, list of representative offices/branches in Vietnam and in the region, 3 reference letters of clients, specially from international companies/organisations, copy of similar consulting contracts in the past and in the future)
- Financial key data; Copy of audited financial report of the last 3 years (incl. balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement, tax liquidation)
The EoI documents must be submited in writing in 02 originals in English, latest by 15:00 on 12 February 2019, to the following address:
