Call for quotation: Hotel and event services

Background:

Founded in 1982, VVOB is a non-profit organization with 40 years of experience in improving quality education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB currently has long term partnerships with education actors in multiple countries in South America, Africa and South-East Asia alongside its head office location in Belgium.

In Vietnam, VVOB is currently implementing the project:

• Preschool Teachers Apply Language-rich Teaching Skills and Knowledge (TALK) (2022-2026)
• Integrating Play-based Learning Activities for Young learners (iPLAY) (2024-2025)

VVOB is currently seeking service provider for the hotel and event services for the period of June 2024 – December 2026. Please refer to the Call for quotation in English and Vietnamese for more details.

Requirements

VVOB invites service provider to submit a signed and stamped proposal in English or Vietnamese via e-mail to [email protected] no later than 17:00 (Vietnam time) on 10 June 2024 with the subject title: “Name of company_Quotation ref_VVOB_2024_003”.
