ChildFund is looking for the highly qualified candidate for the Country Director of Vietnam position. Full-time, Initial 3 year fixed-term agreement, with possibility of

extension upon mutual agreement. Employment is subject to the successful securing of an appropriate work permit and visa.  The position is open for both Vietnamese and International candidate.
The Country Director will lead the expansion of ChildFund Vietnam's development programs into new geographic areas and capitalise on efforts with other partners to further advocate for programs and policies that improve the lives of children in Vietnam. Reporting to the Sydney-based International Program Director, the Country Director has overall responsibility for leadership, people management, partnership relationships and management of the organisation's activities in Vietnam.  The role offers great scope to innovate and seek new opportunities while providing a very solid foundation and experienced team.
