Planète Enfants & Développement (PE&D) is a French NGO is looking for a Survey Consultant to do a survey for Early Childhood Project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Survey Consultant will work directly with local partners, in particular Ho Chi Minh City Associtation of Children’s Rights Protection (HACRP), local authorities such as DOLISA, DOET and project beneficiaries under the supervision of the ECD Project Manager and Country Director in Vietnam.
