UNDP Viet Nam is preparing a number of pipeline projects that fall under the UN One Plan Outcome 3 on sustainable development. 1. Introduction The Avian and Pandemic Influenza Initiative is a three-year project awarded by the United States Agency for International Development to Abt Associates Inc. and its partners in October 2009.
