Following a series of consultation workshops organized in October 2009 and early 2010, thirty-two representatives of organizations, associations, companies and individuals who are working in the fields of education, fighting for the rights of children, women, ethnic minority groups and vulnerable groups, and preventing social problems have gathered in Hanoi for the launching workshop of Vietnam Coalition for Education for All (VCEFA) on June 25th 2010. Although this is a relatively late step of Vietnam comparing to other countries, the establishment of VCEAF is a stepping stone towards National Civil Society Fund (NCSEF) in Vietnam in order to promote national education system.

Handicap International France (HI F) is a non-governmental organisation created in 1982.
