The Swiss Cooperation Office for Vietnam (SCO) is the representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). It is responsible for the coordination of Swiss Development Cooperation of the Swiss Government in Vietnam.
SDC intends to support organisations in expanding and replicating existing value chain and market access support work through the Market Access for the Rural Poor (MARP) program. MARP will call for tenders in late 2012 and will use a Review Panel to analyze submitted concept notes and final full project proposals and to ultimately decide what projects should be financed and supported through the MARP.
