Passerelles numériques, a non-profit organisation, is dedicated to helping as many young people as possible from disadvantaged backgrounds obtain education and qualified employment in the IT sector.
Established in Cambodia, the Philippines and Vietnam, Passerelles numériques currently trains 450 students and hopes to train 750 over the next 3 years. Passerelles numériques employs 75 people based in these three countries, as well as a small team in France.

East Meets West (EMW) is an international NGO headquartered in the United States, and has offices in seven countries in Southeast Asia, including Cambodia. The Clean Water and Sanitation Program (CWSP) started in Vietnam in 1994, and currently serves about 350,000 people across rural areas of Vietnam. In recent years, EMW has expanded the CWSP to Cambodia by developing clean water project at several schools, a rural clean water system for about 300 households, and a major sanitation program (Community Hygiene Output Based Aid – CHOBA) reaching about 25,000 families in two provinces.
