The project “Support for the REDD+ Readiness Preparation in Vietnam” funded by the World Bank Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) is approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) on 10th January 2013 (Decision 58/Q?-BNN-HTQT). The project is aimed to provide support for strengthening institutional and technical capacity of National REDD+ Steering Committee, Vietnam REDD+ Office and relevant central organizations and 3 pilot provinces (Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Dak Nong) to be REDD+ ready to contribute to successful implementation of the National REDD+ Action Program (NRAP).
