The Institute of International Education (IIE) seeks candidates for a temporary FINANCE MANAGER for its office in HANOI.
This is an approximate 3 MONTH POSITION STARTING MID NOVEMBER 2014.
Purpose of Position: The Finance Manager is accountable for overall IIE Vietnam financial management. Directs and oversees all financial aspects of IIE Vietnam operations with significant interaction with IIE stakeholders in NY and DC. Work is carried out independently under general supervision.
Helen Keller International (HKI) is an international non-governmental organization. Its mission is to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged by combating the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition. We do this by establishing programs grounded in evidence-based research in eye health and nutrition.
From January 2013 to December 2014, LIN, in partnership with the Social Development Training Centre (SDTC) and Gail Nordheim Consulting are implementing a two-year project, funded by Irish Aid, to build the capacity of Vietnamese Not-for-Profit Organizations (VNPOs) in Ho Chi Minh City.
After nearly two years of project implementation, the implementing organizations and our donor feel the need to conduct an external evaluation of the project. The evaluation will help to assess the project’s impact, which is focused on organizational capacity development of Vietnamese not-for-profit organizations (VNPOs). It will also assess the relevance of the project outputs and outcomes to the goal and objectives of the project.
Viet Nam – Industrial Pollution Management Project (VIPMP) comprises of 3 component projects, with a development objective of improving environmental compliance of industrial zones on a pilot basis, and will operate at national level and in four project provinces, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, in the period of 2013 – 2018 with possible extension in terms of scope and time.
The project component 01 - “Institutional Strengthening and Enforcement”, is managed and implemented by Vietnam Environment Administration, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, with the support of a project management unit (called MONRE PMU). Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Ha Tinh province (SRDP Ha Tinh) funded by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), covers 10 districts of Huong Son, Huong Khe, Vu Quang, Duc Tho, Nghi Xuan, Can Loc, Loc Ha, Thach Ha, Cam Xuyen and Ky Anh in Ha Tinh province. The project starts from 01/01/2014 to 31/12/ 2018. Our project is currently searching for national consultants to carry out the study and development of provincial Value Chain Action Plans.
