The Lowering Emissions in Asia's Forests (LEAF) program is a five-year program of the USAID implemented by Winrock International, SNV, Climate Focus, and RECOFTC. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the capacity of countries, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Southeast Asia in the forestry land uses sector, and support countries to benefit from the framework of the emerging international REDD+ program.
