Lowering Emissions in Asia’s Forests (LEAF) is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development and implemented by Winrock International in partnership with SNV - Netherlands Development Organization, Climate Focus and the Center for People and Forests (RECOFTC). Recruiting National Consultants to Participate in Project Strengthening the Impacts of Public Administration in Da Nang city
The project “Strengthening the impacts of Public Administration Reform in Da Nang city” aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Da Nang city and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism.
In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2014 approved by UNDP and People’s Committee of Da Nang city, the Project will support Da Nang Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) in hiring these following positions:
Viet Nam – Industrial Pollution Management Project (VIPMP) comprises of 3 component projects, with a development objective of improving environmental compliance of industrial zones on a pilot basis, and will operate at national level and in four project provinces, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, in the period of 2013 – 2018 with possible extension in terms of scope and time.
The project component 02 - “Piloting the financing to investment of Centralized Waste Water Treatment Plants of Industrial Zones”, is managed and implemented by Vietnam Environment Protection Fund, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, with the support of a project management unit (called VEPF PMU).
The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.
