Viet Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) with USAID funding is implementing the project “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies –DIRECT”. In this project, VNAH will support MOH and MOLISA to assess the National Rehabilitation System using WHO’s method and tools. As a result, the Bureau of Medical Administration (MOH) and VNAH is seeking for consultant to collect and synthesize data to support the National Rehabilitation Assessment. Tentative timeframe for this consultant service is from April to July, 2019.
