1) BACKGROUND
Research Center for Management and Sustainable Development (MSD) is a non-government organization established in 2008. MSD is in the process of reviewing human resource management strategy and policies. Therefore, this term of reference refers to the work of a consultant to provide training workshop for MSD staffs in reviewing and updating the job description system, developing the performance review system and the human resource development plan for MSD.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
With the new ADP structure, this position is to provide support to Development Facilitators (DFs), Sponsorship Facilitator and ADP Manager in compiling the ADP reports, accompanying visitors, maintaining a routine DME system of the ADP. This position is also to work with technical departments to coordinate training courses or events which are held at the district level and help with other administrative tasks of the ADP.

Position Profile
The O&P Assistant will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Assistant will report directly to the CEO in Ho Chi Minh City. The Assistant will be totally in charge of administration tasks and work closely with Loreto’s Project Manager.
Candidates with high competence in English language and translation/interpretation skills will be preferred.
