Rural Development Division (under DARD - Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Cao Bang province) is implementing a project called “Improving the cooperation in providing agriculture services and effectiveness of production support policies in poverty reduction programs in Cao Bang” (the project is funded in the framework of Technical Assistance VIE/036 – Wise Use of Water and Agriculture from Lux Development to Cao Bang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development).
One component of the project is establishing an effective Result based M&E system for agriculture services in Cao Bang.

Currently, they want to expand sustainable cocoa plantation areas to Ben Tre province complying with UTZ Certified Code of Conduct and Chain of Custody and obtain UTZ Certified certification.
