Title: One-stop- shop public service assessment in PMI-LED cities of Can Tho and Cao Lanh.

HELVETAS is looking for a Project Officer (M & E) for a project, which works on Supporting learning and Capabilities for Scaling up Value Chain Development (VCD) in Agriculture. The project is building capacity for training centers (Centres of Excellence) in 7 countries. The Project Officer will be based in Hanoi with frequent travels to partner countries.
HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is funding a 4 year - Community Based Tourism project (CBT) to help ethnic minority communities access additional incomes source and employment. The Center for Rural Economy Development (CRED) is implementing this CBT project in Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province and in Quang Uyen and Trung Khanh districts, Cao Bang province from 2016.
