Deputy Chief of Party, Vietnam Biodiversity Conservation Activity
Winrock is seeking a professional to serve as Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for an anticipated USAID-funded project in Vietnam to support biodiversity conservation in the country. The DCOP will manage program operations, reporting to the Chief of Party.
This position is contingent on receipt of donor funding.
Operation Smile Vietnam is part of a global alliance of Operation Smile Foundations and Resource Chapters dedicated to providing free treatment to children and adults suffering from cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. Besides, we also conduct Dental missions, Craniofacial, and micro surgeries with thousands of children receiving new smile each year. For three decades operating in Vietnam, Operation Smile has been bringing hope to desperate Vietnamese children and their families, we are changing lives one smile at a time.
The ADB-Viet Nam Resident Mission (VRM) was established to assist its Headquarters in the implementation of projects and programs, in project processing, country programming, and economic and sector work. It also coordinates ADB’s activities with other resident diplomatic and donor missions, NGOs, academic institutions, local think tanks, private sector and other members of the civil society.
