VVOB is a non-profit organisation with over 35 years of experience in improving the quality of education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB has currently long-term partnerships with education actors in 9 countries in the South (Cambodia, DR Congo, Ecuador, Rwanda, South Africa, Suriname, Vietnam, Zambia and Uganda) and in Belgium/Flanders. Its annual budget is around 13 million euros.

GRET has been present in more than 30 countries, in a variety of fields / topics to provide sustainable and innovative solutions to the united development process. GRET has been operating in VIetnam since 1988.

The Aus4Skills Program is seeking tenders from service providers in Vietnam to deliver the Alumni Impact Development Surveys (ADIS). To tender to deliver this activity, service providers must be based in Vietnam and be duly licensed by the Vietnamese Government for relevant businesses.
