“Vietnam HIV/AIDS Prevention Project” funded by the World Bank is 7 - year Project in order to support the key objectives of Government of Vietnam’s National HIV/AIDS strategy. For the new phase of project, Central Project Management Unit - Ministry of Health invites qualified candidates to express their interest for local consultants as follow:
- 01 Coordinator
- 01 Consultant on Voluntary Counseling & Testing (VCT)
- 01 Consultant on Monitoring & Evaluation

The selected candidates will receive the competitive salary regulated by the World Bank Project.

Animals Asia is a Hong Kong-based government-registered animal welfare charity founded by Jill Robinson MBE in 1998. It is devoted to the needs of wild, domesticated and endangered species throughout Asia and dedicated to ending cruelty and restoring respect for all animals. In Vietnam, Animals Asia has signed an agreement with the Government of Vietnam to rescue 200 bears and to establish a world class Vietnam Bear Rescue Centre (VBRC) in Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc Province. Our primary goals are to end bear farming, contribute to the conservation of bears in Vietnam and in the region and improve the welfare of such bears already in captivity. 

Netherland Red Cross, French Red Cross and German Red Cross
The three national societies are parts of the world wide Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement assisting victims of conflict and disaster and people affected by social or health related crisis. The Red Cross movement provides to vulnerable people assistance without discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions and adheres to the seven principles of the Red Cross movement: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity and Universality.

They assist in disaster response, rehabilitation and capacity building projects internationally on appeals of their sister organisations within the movement.
