I/ Background: AIP Foundation is a US nonprofit Organisation delicated to combating the epidemic levels of road traffic crash fatalities and injuries in the developing countries. AIP Foundation will from October 2010 is implement the project: “Head Safe. Helmet On funded by Atlantic Philanthropies. The project will use a multi-sector approach to effectively improve child helmet wearing in Vietnam through advocacy and communication campaigns and apply research to understand child helmet use in the context of the influences, interests, attributes, quality and needs of different populations and persons in the community.
The UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 national consultant for Project “Promoting Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV (GIPA) in Viet Nam” to carry out the project evaluation. Project “Promoting Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV (GIPA) in Viet Nam” is implemented by the Vietnam Women’s Union in partnership with UNV and UNAIDS.
Specifically, the project intends to deliver the following outputs: 1. Increased capacity and number of people living with and affected by HIV to meaningfully participate in HIV activities. 2. Increased access of PLHIV and their families to treatment and other services. 3. Reduced stigma and discrimination from the general public towards PLHIV. 4. Increased understanding of and support to the GIPA principle.
