Chemonics International, a leading international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., seeks qualified Vietnamese national and expatriate candidates for the anticipated Support for Trade Acceleration (STAR) Plus project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Vietnam.
This program will support the Government of Vietnam’s efforts to continue implementation of high-level trade and investment reforms, including changes in economic governance and macroeconomic areas, and assist Vietnam with its integration into the global economy.

1. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Center for Cooperation Human Resource Development (C&D) is a Vietnamese NGO working on areas of human resource development and management, community development, poverty reduction, and institutional and organizational development. We are looking for qualified Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:

Project Officer
Based in Hanoi, Report to Program Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Provide support to implementing partners and project staff in budgeting, planning, implementing of activities in the project areas
- Coordinate with related stakeholders (partners national and international), local authorities and direct beneficiaries)

2 Project Officers to Support local partners in new SEDP Planning and in Commune Financial Management
Tasks
- Develop working plans with relevant local partners according to established agenda
- Support partners to implement, to monitor and to evaluate activities and to assess results
- Advise partners on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Facilitate training and workshops
- Produce reports as required and support the closing down process of the project
