Junior M&E Officer cum Program Assistant

Based in Hanoi with travel to other provinces
(one year employment contract with options to renew up to 4 years)

ActionAid Vietnam is looking for Consultant to undertake the following services:

1.       Baseline research for the project funded by the Global Fund for Women in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh as TOR attached.
2.       Baseline survey for Country Strategy Paper VI (2018-2023) conducted in LRP 11 (Hai Phong) and LRP 21 (Ho Chi Minh) with details as TOR attached.
