CARE in Vietnam is inviting suppliers to participate in a competitive bidding process for the period from January 2025 to December 2026, with the aim of establishing Framework Agreements for the following goods and services. (Suppliers may choose to bid for one or more categories of goods and services).

1. Vehicle rental services in the southern provinces, including providers in Ho Chi Minh City and Soc Trang.
2. Hotel and conference services in Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Buon Ma Thuot, and Soc Trang.
3. Translation and interpretation services.

Type of bidding: National competitive offering.

The tender dossier should include:

• Company Profile & Supplier’s Declaration & List of your company’s regular clients (Fully completed as per the attached form, with company stamp).
• Business License (Scanned copy with official red stamp).
• Quotation form as requested by CARE (Attached "Request for Quotation" form, stamped and fully completed with all required fields).
• For translation/interpretation services: Please also include a CV. A Business License is not required for individual freelancers.
