Local consultant to develop training material for the P&O program

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO under the Inclusion 3b project funded by USAID to provide direct rehabilitation and social assistance to persons with severe disabilities, improve and expand the rehabilitation service sector in provinces heavily affected by Agent Orange. Within this project, VNAH is seeking one or a group of local consultants to develop the trainingmaterial for the P&O 6-month certificate program.
