National consultant(s) to conduct baseline survey for rural medical program

Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) in Viet Nam is looking for:

• National Consultant (s) to conduct baseline survey for rural medical program the workplace in Hoa Binh province as per attached TOR HERE.

Applicants are requested to send the following separate documents in one application email to [email protected] and cc. [email protected]  :

1. Letter of interest;
2. The organization portfolio showcases relevant experience, previous works, notable clients
3. CV(s) of the team members in charge, with relevant experience
4. Proposal including proposed survey tools and methodologies;
5. A proposed budget plan for above activities, including activities organizing expenses (travel, accommodation, per Diem and other expenses), consultancy rate, and other costs/fees tocomplete the task, including Personal Income Tax or VAT.
