1. Background The French Red Cross (FRC) aims to prevent and alleviate human suffering and to improve the situation of the most vulnerable people, without discrimination of nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinion. The French Red Cross carries out activities – mainly in the fields of health and social care, disaster preparedness and relief - in France and worldwide, within the International Movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent societies. Since 1990, the French Red Cross has been working together with the Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC) to implement humanitarian projects (response to typhoons/floods) and development projects (road safety, water and sanitation) in Vietnam.
Job summary To provide operational, logistical management and technical assistance to the program “Comprehensive PMTCT services for especially vulnerable women in Vietnam” and other programs or projects of HIV team of MCNV especially in Dien Bien and Ha Giang.
The position is based in Hanoi with regular travel to the provinces.

Pathfinder International (PI) is a US-based NGO whose mission in Viet Nam is to improve reproductive health through capacity building and policy-focused initiatives that respond to the needs of the society. To this end, PI supports efforts to strengthen pre-service and in-service training in reproductive health, including core clinical reproductive health practices, youth-friendly services and HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. In addition, PI works to strengthen reproductive health management practices and policies supportive of quality RH training and services. The World Population Foundation (WPF) is a Dutch Non-Governmental Organisation aiming to improve sexual and reproductive health and ensuring sexual and reproductive rights in Asia and Africa. WPF also advocates with policy makers in Europe. In 2000, WPF established an office in Hanoi to more effectively manage and expand its programme. WPF’s Country Strategy in Vietnam focuses on improving sexual and reproductive health for adolescents and young people, largely through sexuality education.
